(More customer reviews)I just bought The Peaceful Palate about a week ago, and I've already used it several times. I love buying veggie cookbooks and collecting recipes, but this one stands out. I can make most of the recipes in it just using the ingredients I already have in my kitchen -- I do have a well-stocked pantry, but that's still unusual. I would recommend this book for beginners, busy people and those who sometimes just forget how easy it can be to throw together a healthy meal (like me!).
