I've had this book for a couple years and I keep going back to it. It's got great information on how food affects your mood, energy level, brain chemistry... All things we recognize on some level (doesn't chocolate make you feel great? - it's the seratonin). And the advice helps you see how you can make changes if you're not at your best.
All the recipes I've tried have been practical and either good or great!
