(More customer reviews)Nothing complicated here but lots of good flavors and easy to make. Most of these are adaptable to prepare ahead and freeze using the once a month cook method. Lots of flavors from different ethnic cooking made a bit milder for the American family. Kids will love many of the recipes in this book. My kids love the Greek Pastitsio, the Chicken Tortilla Casserole and the Argentine Stuffed Steak Spirals. I usually only find a couple of recipes in a book to use regularly with my family I use 7 or 8 out of this book.
