(More customer reviews)There are some interesting recipes and explanatory dialog for the uniqueness of New Mexico style cooking. I would venture to say that this is the most difficult fusion cuisine to write about and Clyde has done a commendable job in this book. The section on chili was a bit distracting from the mainline theme, but are still useful recipes that blend into the west Texas and Arizona styles. Worthwhile addition to the cookbook library.
