OK, so I'm married to the author of this cookbook, but I can atest that this is chock full of so many good recipes your head will spin. No matter what you're in the mood for, you will find it in here. My favorite is the peanut butter pancakes. Yum! Most of the recipes are very healthful, but still full of flavor. Give this book a try. You will not be disappointed.
