(More customer reviews)This is a great cookbook for the fish lover. I have had it for about 2 years and have tried almost 20 of the recipes-- all turned out very well. This book has taken the famous recipes of the McCormick and Schmick(?) restaurants and simplified them slightly. Many of the recipes can be done in 15 minutes or less and without alot of exotic ingredients!
