(More customer reviews)As a gluten-free vegan, I have searched far and wide to find a cookbook that had real recipes. I'm all about eating healthy, but I want to be able to eat some of the foods I used to. This book is simple, real food. The Pizza crust, macaroni and cheese, alfredo, and the Korma are my favorites in the short time I have owned it.
The author's other book, New Dawn Kitchen bakes Gluten-Free Desserts is simply to die for. I must admit I gained about 5 pounds since discovering it. The author is easy to contact on Facebook and will help you figure out how to fine tune your cooking.
This is a must-buy for anyone who is gluten-free, vegan, or both, like I am. I hope she comes out with more! Perhaps New Dawn Kitchen does Italian?
