(More customer reviews)The recipes inside Wine in the Kitchen are both easy to prepare and easy to devour. The book educates the average home cook on different types of wine and their uses in various dishes. I loved the chicken enchiladas in red wine sauce, and the shepard's pie...Along with the brandy nut fudge...I'm also currently eyeballing the stuffed tilapia recipe and my mouth is watering. Definitely a great cook book!
