(More customer reviews)Secrets of a Skinny Chef is excellent. I am not Martha Stewart or Rachael Ray yet enjoy cooking healthy, delicious meals for myself and my family. This cookbook is exactly what I need. The book has easy-to-find ingredients with simple instructions for each recipe. I've already made nine different recipes with it and they were super easy but very delicious. I have a son that is a VERY picky eater and he loved everything I made. So far, I've made Supermoist Turkey Burgers, Sesame Chicken Hold the Deep-Fried Breading, Chicken "No Pot Belly" Pie, My Dad's Trim Chicken Enchiladas, Breaded Zucchini, Mayonnaise is Not Your Enemy Coleslaw, Broccoli Bacon Salad, Stir Fried Garlic Broccoli, Slender Blondie Brownies and Crustless Apple Pie....all delicious! The tips throughout the book are interesting and helpful. The recipes are so delicious and flavorful that you won't feel deprived. If you eat healthy, this book is for you!
