(More customer reviews)This book saved me more than it cost from with the recipes alone. I liked the basic recipe and then all the things you could do with it. I also thought the list of substitutions was awsome, because I am always out of something when I want to cook. I bought it for the cookbook, but the ideas to make money are so inspiring I'm going to try a couple. I'm also going to throw some parties as suggested in the book. I've read the self sufficiency section three times now! I hope I'm never homeless, but I think I could cope as long as I have this book.
