(More customer reviews)I am kind of bias towards this book being that this is my Mom's recipes but what a wonderful tribute to my Mom! I had a wonderful childhood growing up with many of these recipies on our family table at night for dinner. My Mom was a true Italian cook with a "pinch" of this and a "splash" of that always trying to perfect a recipe but my Dad did his best in putting those measurements into written form. My father put this together in honor of my Mom since she always wanted to write a cookbook but never had a chance to when she passed away unexpectedly. These recipies are some of my favorite things my Mom would make for our family and in our restaurant growing up in Sacramento, CA.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I still do. They were all made with much love and I hope you do the same with them.
