Being a spinach freak, I went right for the spinach crackers (made with almond meal, gluten & dairy-free)and the Spinach crepes (crepes are made with eggs). Also made the award-winning cookies with the egg-white base (can't remember the name of them). All were wonderful. Well-written instructions for great food. Can't wait to try them all.
