I always want to have cans of salmon in the pantry. Wild alaska salmon, either canned or fresh has much more healthful omega 3's than tuna fish. But it's too expensive, time consuming, and difficult to always have fish in the refridgerator or freezer. It's quick and easy to open a can of salmon, but it is boring just put on a piece of bread. If only there were some quick and easy recipes to make it taste good. This book fills that need and is a welcome addition to my cookbook library. The recipes that I've tried so far are easy to prepare, very tasty, and best of all, supply important omega 3 fatty acids. There are a large assortment of appetizers as well as full meals that are as nutritious as they are tasty. I highly recommend this book.
