(More customer reviews)A recent study found that the average American family eats the same four or five meals every week. If this describes you, find another book. As for the rest of us, who when asked what we eat, respond saying "everything", this cookbook is for you. This cookbook will give diversity to a tired palate. Everything in this cookbook looks wonderful and there isn't a recipe I don't want to try, and thats impressive because I have over forty vegan and vegetarian cookbooks and this is one of my favorites. That being said, this cookbook is not for a novice cook. There are better starter cookbooks so if this would be one of your first vegetarian cookbooks you will probably get discouraged and quit. There are also no pictures and this cookbook includes eggs and cheese. It also uses alcohol in some recipes and butter as opposed to margarine. Lastly most of these items can be found in grocery and natural food stores.
