(More customer reviews)With its simple "Dummies'" approach this book has definitely improved my outlook on being gluten intolerant. Fortunately this is the first "gluten-free" book I got my hands on. I'm glad I paid the overnight shipping because this book ended a lot of agony for me. "What am I going to eat!?" I've been gluten-free for 2 weeks now and the results are amazing. It's been a long time since I've been pain free (my symptoms are arthritic in nature). This book has helped me become optomistic about being able to stay gluten-free for the long-haul and still enjoy food.
