(More customer reviews)I bought this book at the same time I purchased Don't Panic, Dinner is in the Freezer-- I like the mini-sessions that the author provides to make beginning this method of meal preparation more manageable and less overwhelming. I made about 8-9 recipes from this book, and may not make them a second time. While nothing was terrible, it was also not an enjoyable eating experience like cooking that day would be--and the point of this book is to have a home cooked type meal in the freezer. The food felt like leftovers, and sometimes the consistency did not come out right. I have preferred the recipes in the Don't Panic book to the recipes in this book, perhaps because many of those recipes do not expect the food to be fully cooked before it is frozen.
