(More customer reviews)I bought this recently seeing as I tend to fluctuate in weight a lot and I was pleasantly suprised that is a simple, honest book with a great and useful introduction leading on to simple recipes which really made sense to me and are also very practical.
Many times books such as this have ridiculous meals which need so many items that it costs way too much time and money to make but these recipes are kept more realistic so they work for me.
I especially liked the Chilli soup and will make that many times more but the most different and unique recipe was the Fruit Pizza, cannot say I was sure about it but I tried it and loved it , as did my kids!
Love this book.
