(More customer reviews)I am an advid cookbook collecter and strive to find the best recipe for dishes so we rarely eat the same thing twice unless it fits the criteria. There are two recipes out of this book that I've tried that fit that criteria. One is the recipe for Old World Lasagna which differs from other recipes by adding Feta cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach beside the normal recipe ingredients found in Lasagna. I make my own garlic noodles and its fantastic. The other is the hearty Minestrone Soup and its taste is unbelieveable the next day.
