I love this book! I have a nephew who is allergic to wheat and he was going to stay a week with me and so I decided to go completely gluten free for the whole time. I used this cookbook all week and not only did my nephew love the food, but my family as well. The recipes were easy to read and understand and I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. We loved the breads. My nephew, who usually has to go without breads, was in heaven. I tried several muffin recipes and they were each moist and tasty. This cookbook is now a family staple not only in my family, but now in my sister's.
