After driving my 5 year old home from the doctor's office again last month for constant stomach pain, I stumbled across this book on a blog. It is just what we needed. The doctor had told us that my son probably was sensitive to gluten, so this book came just in time. I have been spouting our grains and making everything from scratch, and the recipes are AMAZING! My son feels so much better, and our whole family is loving our "real food" diet.
