I was very disappointed when I received this book and found that all of the baked goods contain refined sugar. The title of the book had given me the impression that the baking would be done with agave and stevia, but all of the recipes are made with a blend of agave, stevia, and brown sugar. For someone like me who cannot consume sugar, this was a major disappointment. I'm sure some of the other recipes in the book are good and I will probably give them a try, but I was really looking forward to the baked goods in this book and then found I couldn't eat them.
