I'm the grand-daughter of Mr. Ray Johnson... he's worked long and hard on this book! I've been his main care giver for few years now and have seen him Go through all kinds of challenges with diets/salt, hospitals, Dr.'s etc. This book will be very helpful/informative to those of whom are on restricted diets. Not too many ppl pay attention to what they consume untill their forced to for health reasons! This helps/explains a lot of info...it's not as hard as it seems to fallow this kind of diet..just takes some getting use to but you can be very creative with it!
